THE HOPE UNSHAKEN. STRONGER THAN SILENCE.
Helping individuals and families feel less alone, more informed, and empowered-one step at a time.

Helping individuals and families feel less alone, more informed, and empowered-one step at a time.
The Hope Unshaken is a lived-experience based mental health advocacy and peer support initiative created to help individuals, families, and caregivers feel less alone. Through encouragement, education, and storytelling, we offer compassionate support. This mission didn’t begin as an organization—it began as a story.
At The Hope Unshaken, support is practical—not performative. We offer peer support, resource navigation, recovery-focused coaching, and WRAP-informed crisis support planning, along with trainings and community outreach.
The Hope Unshaken offers customizable mental health trainings and workshops for schools, faith communities, veteran organizations, nonprofits, and workplaces. Each training is rooted in lived experience, trauma-informed support, and practical tools people can use immediately.
Vikki is the heart behind The Hope Unshaken—a mental health advocate, writer, and trained peer supporter whose mission was born from lived experience. Her story is proof that pain can become purpose—and her mission is to help others find light when life feels dark.

THE HOPE UNSHAKEN provides peer support and education and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
